Good Health Bind Rune
We all want good health for our loved ones and ourselves.
In many cultures, people will wish good health for each other, for example, before drinking.
Using the Elder Furthark Runes, we created a bind rune as a magical symbol to help promote good health for everyone, which we thought was very important (especially in the current climate).
Health isn’t just physical, it is of the mind and spirit too, which is why we wanted to create a Bind Rune that could help with physical, mental and spiritual health.
For our Good Health Bind Rune, we used the following runes:
Uruz - Strength and Good Health
Hagalaz - Controlling a Crisis and Inner Harmony
Eihwaz - Endurance and Protection
Perthro - Joy and Harmony
Sowilo - Guidence, Hope and Success
Berkana - Life Changes and Liberation
Elder Furthark Runes that we use in essence are simply a very very old method of communicating. Think of it like an alphabet.
Runes were also used as magical symbols for a variety of purposes and were often drawn linked together as a Bind Rune so combining the magical symbolism into a single element.
Within the Good Health Bind Rune, you will also see other runes that are created when binding.

Each Uruz (Good Health) Bind Rune comes with a hand stamped number on the back and a hand numbered art card with information on the back the meaning behind the Mindful Dragon.
The Uruz (Good Health) Bind Rune pendant is laser cut from 316 stainless steel and the detailing is laser etched onto the surface. Due to the nature of the process there may be minor variations in the charms etching.
The necklace is made from our 1.6mm Mini 304 Stainless steel chain. With a small stainless steel O ring for the Uruz (Good Health) Bind Rune pendant to hang from.
Finished with our hard wearing easy to use 316 stainless steel clip.
This item is suitable for 24/7 wear and can handle anything your life has to throw at it from sea water to latex it will not tarnish, rust, dull or stain skin or clothing.
Handmade to order in the UK so please select your neck size when you order if you are between sizes let us know in the order notes and we will make it to your exact size where possible. To measure your neck place the tape measure around your neck where you would like the item to sit. Don’t measure too tightly or add extra to your measurements (we do that for you) as it will effect the fit of your item if your aiming for a choker fit.
All jewellery items except earrings are covered by our resize for life policy so, can be returned to us for resizing at any time. The resizing is free of charge you will only pay return postage costs.
